I want to change the way text links display site wide:
1. to change the default light blue text hyperlink color
2. create rollover + new color for text links
3. remove underline default on text links
can’t see where to do this in settings?

Hi,
This will be no easy task to do as links are not a general thing you can target with css and all of them will become styled as you want. There are links on images, on modules and blocks post titles, or block titles, inside the post content, inside the menu, in the sidebar, and all of them under different containers and different css. You will have to inspect the links that you want to change and use css to style the ones you want. There is no general code that will apply correctly for all links. We had this request a few times before and we did try to help out but this is a complex task and we cannot offer any customization services at the moment.
