How do I change the background color of the widget title in the sidebar.

Hi,
The widget titles are handled all at once, not just for the sidebar in particular. The color can e changed from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/cEcU7wLXV1U
if you create the sidebar on a page in the page builder, you can change the header colors directly in the block settings for that particular page only.
