Hi how do I change the colour of the top bar from Black to another colour I am using newspaper 7.2

sorry I have moved it to a secondary site to do some changes it is on gomoweb.com.au/testsite but on the original site, there is also I problem above the topbar there are the characters UA-76002108-1 (see here consciouslivingmagazine.com.au) I have just inherited conscious living as a client and they have asked me to fix up a few problems on their website.
