When I use any of the Big Grid elements some of the images are too dark. How can I lighten the gradient shade?

Hello hatchet9,
The big grid were style in a such a way that if you use style 1 the iomages appear darker but if you use style 4, they are much brighter. You can see what i am talking about here: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-4/
Switch between style 1 and 4.
