i want change the place of the button next prev to this place

If you want to change the place of these buttons notice that you should edit the theme core files and change the code from there by yourself, sorry! Check the td_smart_list.php and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take, in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
