How can I change the text size of each entry by the size that I want? That is not with the paragraph button because I want it even smaller the text.

Hi,
The post content paragraph size can be changed in the theme panel

Change it to a smaller size if that is what you want. Default would be 15px.

I only want one single entry, not all. This is possible?

So you want only one paragraph? wrap it in a container with a class for example
