In the demo newspaper politics, there is a title or logo at the head that says WORLD NEWS Politics around the globe. How can I chenge that?

I understand how the insert gallery works with a post. But I still don´t understand how the slider at the header works.

There is no such thing as a slider in the header. A slider cannot be added to the header in our theme .
The logo you see in the politics demo is a simple text logo. It can be added in the theme panel: https://www.screencast.com/t/mKjT3zmbJem
As for the footer text please check the footer section of the theme panlel.

In the slider, at the header, in the slide, there is a wording that says READ MORE.
The phrase is translated in the theme panel, translation, in spanish but still continue to show in english.
Ok, please provide a link to your site so I can inspect it.
Most likely it must be translated in the revolution slider plugin. If it;s a plugin slider, the theme cannot translate plugin elements.

I too, had difficulty finding Revolution Slider in this theme. I ended up using a copy of it from another theme. When I attempt to upload the demo content from Newspaper=politcs.zip I get this message: Error: slider_export.txt does not exist!
