Change to review component

Hi

Is there a way to remove the stars from the review component so I only show the score as a number in the summary box.

Example being: http://moviesgamesandtech.com/2016/11/11/review-call-duty-infinite-warfare/

Basically I only want to the number shown. Also can I change the wording from Overall Score to something else or even remove it completely?

I already tried that CSS entry but it doesn’t seem to make any difference – the stars are still there.

Any other suggestions?
