I tried to change some of the options by the customizer, then save and published them, all seemed ok, but the changes were not been saved. When i open the panel again, all options remained the same as before.
How should i fix this problem?
and if the customizer doesn’t work, is there a way i can change the default theme option? especially to hide the featured image.

Hello,
the customizer should work ok. It may be a problem with one of the plugins so I would suggest to disable all the plugins and test the customizer.
let me know if it works. The theme options are hard to modify manually.
