change Widget Header Text Color

Dear all

I want to customize the color of my new blog. The color themes of the pages could be changed easily (thanks for the admin panel :-)…). I want to change the “title backround color” of all my widgets to a different color (rgba(66,189,205,0.8 / HEX #42bdcd).

Also the Widget “latest article” (don` find the setting for this). How can I chance the color here, or remove the “latest article”….

I used the “hompage – tech” template.

I found the settings (sorry was not able to read this thread…). Theme color – “Headers backround color”….

But my last questions is still not solved:

how can I changed the settings (layout etc…) or delete the “latest article” widget?
