I don’t know if I need delete de Mobile version. I see your tutorial video and see that maybe isn’t compatible have AMP and create an mobile version.

In NewsMag I downloaded the Spanish Language Translation and work fine. With NewsPaper don’t work.

1. If you want to use AMP, you can use the Mobile theme plugin with AMP, and set the mobile theme template on AMP version => https://www.screencast.com/t/NcZEyCf9 in this way for the mobile version you’ll use the mobile page created with tagDiv Composer and for AMP it will be using the mobile theme design.
For 2 and 4 seems that the box is not from our theme, but from the GDPR plugin used.

I am not sure I fully understand what you are looking to edit. As an admin that information from the top bar appears to you, it cannot be hidden.
Also, I checked your website, and I saw you have a Pro Prebuilt Website, so the footer template can be edited only from the frontend if it is assigned, edit a page/post-template with tagDiv Composer and go down to the footer => https://www.screencast.com/t/rpfNhfyrF
First, make sure you haven’t made any changes to the files, and please make a full backup to all files and the database, after you can reset theme settings from Theme Panel -> Import/Export => https://www.screencast.com/t/lcGdqHKcY
