What do you mean, only the default pro prebuilt website you have? Did you activate the theme? After installing the theme and activating it you will find in the Prebuilt websites all the theme demos and you can import whatever demo you want => https://www.screencast.com/t/6rf5g0Dxc0K

You have a header template from the cloud library and this header can be edited with the tagDiv Composer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ezaaE2VP7V8 -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo, with tagDiv Composer you have more options to redesign the header, compared to header style from Theme Panel, but if you want to use the header template standard, please select to “No template” =>https://www.screencast.com/t/dOKqTURR and you will see the header style, also make sure you have the tagDiv Standard pack plugin activate.

For Youtube please check if you have set the Youtube API in Theme Panel -> Social Networks => https://www.screencast.com/t/sJMmQsPfd
Unfortunately, our team is working on the Instagram issue, but you can set the Instagram fixed count with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/In8UL9Q92n until the issue is resolved.
Also, if the problem persists and you use a plugin cache, then clear all cache and check the results.
Normally without a cache plugin, it should update once per day, with a cache plugin it can take some more time.
