I use footer template Style 1 .
Is it possible to change Popular Post filter that is used in this style .

That footer comes with predefined content and any changes to it can only be made by tinkering with theme files. Just use a footer without content (such as footer style 5) and insert the widgets and change them as you like (you can use block 7 for the popular posts).
