Changes in Theme Panel are not shared on the site

Hello support team,

I have problem with changes which I make in Theme Panel. The changes are not shared on the site.
I clear cache, testing another browser. Nothing helps.

Anyone can help me?

Please provide a link to your website. Also please note that if you are using a Cloud library template or a PRO demo you will have to edit the templates using tagDiv Composer.
