Changing a template

Hi,

I’m having an issue getting this leaderboard banner to centre on this template https://www.scubadivermag.com/scuba-diver-march-issue-out-now/

Wonder if you had any ideas how?

I only want to to show centred when there is no sidebar, otherwise it is usually fine.
