I’ve been using AMP plugin before switching to Newspaper theme that supported example.com/amp slug , but after switching to Newspaper theme the AMP slug has changed to example.com?amp it is requested help in changing the slug to example.com/amp instead of example.com?amp

Unfortunately that option is not possible. That is how AMP is delivering the pages.

No issues. Will wait until Google finishes re-indexing AMP as per the updated slug. Anyways, how to add <script async custom-element="amp-sticky-ad" src="https://cdn.ampproject.org/v0/amp-sticky-ad-0.1.js"></script> in AMP headers?
