I’m the admin of our site, and I’m trying to add submissions from other authors. I can’t find a plugin/way to switch the author of the post from posting as myself (Josh Miller). I’ve created other users, but I can’t find how to apply them to the post. How do I create the post but make the author someone else?

This isn’t a theme specific question exactly – it is an annoying WordPress problem.
By default you cannot change the author of a post until it is actually saved at least once.
If you go back either using quick edit or edit again into a post, you can change the author to someone else – per post.
If you wanted to change a number of posts at once, I think you can bulk quick edit change the author. If not, there will be a plugin – you’re just not looking hard enough 🙂
