Hi is it possible to change the ‘related articles’ order and for it to show all of the articles not just related to that particular post?

Sorry, I was thinking to latest articles.
The related articles can be edited only from theme panel settings https://i.imgur.com/Uic29yI.png and can display only posts related to tag or category, there are no other settings.
