Changing browser tab text

Hi there, congrats on a wonderful theme…keep up the good work!
Ok two things….
1. I want to change the case that appears in the browser tab. For example…when i direct the user to the category NFL it appears as “Nfl/Spo…” in the tab, I would like to appear “NFL” ; uppercase. Any ideas? Or better a solution?

2. I want to set up an rss feed but never done it before…could you guide me to start the process of implementing this.

hi,
1) the permalinks are handled automatically by WordPress : http://screencast.com/t/Q9O8Y4cqLG9 and we can do nothing about this.

2) just write this in your url : http://www.your_site.com/rss you will be directed to a page where you will see the rss (ex: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/rss/)
