Changing fonts on specific block

Hello,

How can i change the font from this specific block? https://www.dagonline.nl/binnenland. They dont change when i change the regular titles.

PS. I mean specificly the article titles from the articles under the grid.

You can change the font title for each module/block from Theme panel, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/gye0AulBLp

Also, i installed WP Tab Widget. I dropped the widget in the sidebar, like this, but it doesnt show up. Why? How can i fix it? .
