Hello,
A quick question really. If i change my hosting provider, is there anything i need to do in order to make sure my theme continue to work?

You need to successfully change the host, and Install WordPress. When this is done, Install the theme.
Or better still BackUp your DB, Download your wp-content file. This is if you want the site to remain the same when you change hosts.
Apart from that your theme is okay, since it works for only a domain.
