Changing Links color in footer

Hi,

I am using default Technology Hub demo theme and I would like to change footer links color (both Links color and Links hover color).

You can see the links I need to change on the printscreen here: https://ctrlv.cz/O8ZL

Please advise how I can change the links color?

Thanks for your reply however I need change links color in FOOTER.
Your advice relates to the links in HEADER.
