changing order of sub-categories list in blocks

Hi there,

I want to change the order of the sub-categories list which is displayed through Ajax dropdown – show the following IDs. I want the order based on ID number instead of Alphabetical order.

Can you please let me know how this can be done?to show you which sub-categories order I am talking about

Hi,
If you have the latest version the sorting should work in order by ID’s. What theme version you have?

I am using V 6.5.1. I will have a look for latest version and will see if that solves my issue. Thanks for your response, much appreciated.

I installed version 6.6 and still it is not giving me option to order by IDs and not by alphabetical order.

Hi,
If you are referring to the post filter, in version 6.6 we added a filter by ID method to select the posts you want to display:http://screencast.com/t/00iZOPRIxC
If you are referring to the ajax dropdown, you can use the ID method to select which category is shown: http://screencast.com/t/FlLPMkrMjwlX
