I have been using the NewsMag and then the Newspaper themes for some time now. I have been using my own customized version of a prebuilt website on my website but I would like to start afresh this year with minimal impact.
Is there a way I can install a new prebuilt website, customize it and test it before going live on my main website?
And when I do go live, how do I make a smooth transaction with minimal fuss?

Hello,
It would be best to do an install on localhost, staging or subdomain where to create the new site.
Once it is ready, it can be migrated (using a migration plugin), or as the case may be, only the settings from the theme panel, the created pages and cloud templates.
For theme panel settings there is an option in the theme -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/, but the pages and cloud templates must be copied manually (the code from each cloud template and each page on the staging must be copied and put on the live site in new pages / cloud templates).

Will I need a second license to do this? As I get the below error message so I can’t download a prebuilt website? I obviously don’t want to pay for a license for a temporary test site?
