When I bought the theme was another site, the site no longer exists.

I think you can do that, and likely you are redirecting the old site to the new one ?

You can use each theme/license for one live project/domain. Of course you can use it on multiple test sites.
Yes you can use it on your new site even if you used the purchase code on previous one which now it’s inactive.

Hi,
It should not be any issues by using the theme on your new site as the old domain doesn’t exist anymore, so the answer is yes.
