Changing the links in the footer

How do I change the links that the contact, about etc. refer to in the footer? And I would also like to remove one of them how would I do that?

It is basically just the couple of links in the footer, see below picture.

I would like to change the hyperlink for Contact and about, and remove the blog part of it.

You could change hyperlink and remove also an item of menu by going to Appearance -> Menus and follow this: https://www.screencast.com/t/zduz6frwu77
