Child Theme Issues

I am having some issues setting up mu child theme.

It is all set up but when I activate it There appears to be no CSS.

Here is my child css:

Theme Name: TeleRead
Description: TeleRead – Lovers of Books & Gadgets est. 1995

template: Newspaper

Please follow this topic to see how you can set up your child theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
You can use the child theme that comes with the theme archive and add files to it.
Please make sure you recreate the path of the files correctly.
