Child theme not working Properly

I have updated alatest version of theme. and when i installed child theme and activated then many problem occur. Pages not displaying properly. See scrennshot http://i.imgur.com/cVitA9H.jpg

Sorry but when you checked child theme not activated, at present you can check our site not working properly.
at that time i am using child theme.

Hi,

please make sure that you have the latest version of the theme and the latest version of the child theme! That should fix the problem. I think there is an older child theme version and it has some issues.

If nothing works, give us wp-admin access contact@tagdiv.com (please state your issue in the email so we know who you are )

I send login details on contact@tagdiv.com, 2 days ago. But No result. Whats the problem.
