Hi,
I have Chinese Characters on my site and not sure how to fix. I have tried to looked at the previous solutions offered for this but all links to previous are no longer working. If you look at the site using a mobile or mob emulator you can see the problem immediately. Can you please advise on a fix.

Hi,
Please follow this topic here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/strange-chinese-symbols-replaced-icons-and-arrows/ and edit the htaccess file by adding the code from the link. After you add the code in htaccess, please make sure you clear cache as it will be affected by it and also reset the cdn files.
