City News (Demo) Leads to 503 Service Unavailable

I want to change the look of my website like “City News”. However, after I planted the demo (including the content), it turns out that I see the information as below:

Service Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

additional information:

When i deactivated Yoast SEO, City News works. But, there is pop up information like this:

We’ve got some errors at loading API files. It could happen because of a disabled TagDiv plugin!

Hello Rumail Abbas,

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. Ensure that you have installed all the required TagDiv plugins and check the results.
