On the Homepage (or Startpage), there is a class name “tdb-menu-item-inactive” in the navigation that is added to all items with a submenu. On the Post-Page everythings working fine, the class isn’t added at all.
How can i change the classes on the Homepage to “tdb-menu-item-visible”? Can’t find any option to this point.

Normally that CSS class “tdb-menu-item-inactive” is set on the menu items that contain a sub-menu, temporarily, for the time it takes for the menu to load. Once the menu is loaded the class will be automatically removed.

Okay. Why is the menu sometimes not loaded? Everything is fine on my computer at home; the sub-menus on the homepage do not work here either. If I then log into my site at work, it works again.
Can I understand why the display sometimes doesn’t switch or can I change this behavior?

First, please start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
