Clicking on social network icon leads to a different page.

When i click on social icons on the upper right corner of my website, it opens a wrong page. Like if i click on facebook icon this url opens. And Same is the case with all the icons like instagram & google plus. How to resolve it? Please help!

In Theme Panel -> Social Networks, put the full URL, e.g. http://facebook.com/viraljagat. As another user that’s what I’d guess is happening.
