Hi,
Please make sure that the Newspaper theme is activate -> https://tagdiv.com/how-to-activate-the-newspaper-theme/
Please make sure that tagDiv Cloud Library is enable in Newspaper > plugins.
If there is still a problem, please provide some more details and some screenshots.
