Cloud Library not loading on home page and other bug

Hello,

After we have installed CloudFlare via WP Rocket, the Cloud Library is not loading on home page of emprunter-malin.com. In fact, it’s loading only to logged in users.

This is how it should be : https://www.screencast.com/t/tLaK1EMo7Hn1. There is a sticky header, the Block displays the last updated posts, and there is a footer.

Beside, on the posts such as this one emprunter-malin.com/csg-revenus-locatifs/ the right bar should be sticky, but it isn’t.
