Cloud library stuck in loading templates screen

Hi we run on wordpress.com fresh installation. And our license is activated. No other plugins have been installed.
But the cloud library does not load templates. It continues to be unresponsive and stuck at “loading templates screen”
How do we proceed ?

Also the prebuilt website option shows “An issue has been encountered while trying to validate your license key”, though we have a registered and newly purchased theme.

Kindly help

Hi,

Yes, there seems a problem with the system for validating the license. Sometimes this error appears if you use CDN, or you have a plugin conflict.

Same problem here. When loading the Cloud Templates, it gets stuck.
