Cloud template cannot be added: Invalid Template Type

When i try to add a Cloud Template i get an “Invalid Template Type” message.
I already tried to disable all non-TagDiv plugins and my server meets all requirements.
I get the following in the chrome console:

js_files_vue_modals.min.js?ver=c8cba5620a72d5b299fa8f62aeca6adfx:17 API: td-cloud-library/new_template

js_files_vue_modals.min.js?ver=c8cba5620a72d5b299fa8f62aeca6adfx:298 td-cloud-library/new_template – ERROR Invalid template type!
