I created a header from the Cloud Templates and added an ad code (320×50) below the main header that was set to display for mobile only.

It’s not displaying on mobile at all, but I see that the code is in there.

On the homepage, it’s not displaying at all and pushing the content up causing the header to overlap it.

Hello !
I’ve reviewed your page and on mobile the ad is there, under the Header: https://www.screencast.com/t/hKcPNfoK. In desktop you will need to add a code in order to align it better as you can see here there is some spacing under the header: https://www.screencast.com/t/Z8WrFC3qK
Here is the code:
.td-main-page-wrap {
padding-top: 0px;
}
The code has to be pasted here: https://www.screencast.com/t/vae3YqXdw
Thank you !
Hello !
The code i’ve sent you it should work for the desktop version but indeed it appears no to. I’ve seen that you have pasted your code into a HTML element. The HTML element has a padding top on your page. Please use the tagDiv Composer, select the ROW of the HTML element and insert number 0 in order to fix your problem: https://www.screencast.com/t/Jjy8L2ejXgS
Also the mobile version looks perfect to me as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/mmMbq66SC
Please let me know if i’ve missed something.
Thank you !
Hello !
All of google’s header ads are sticky, on your site too as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/kyqilIDeWCa
Make sure to clear your cache after each change because that may be the problem. We do recommend using WP Super Cache: https://tagdiv.com/wp-super-cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
I hope this was helpfull !
Thank you !
Hi, I just checked and the mobile ad is not sticky for me.

Hello !
Please take a look at this video i’ve recorded on my phone. The ads are there. But you will have to let the page fully load: Here is the video
Thank you !
