When i try to make a new template or customize one, its block by the fire wall. It maybe our firewall that is causing the issue. Could you send me the IP address for the Cloud template so I can white list it on the firewall.

This is the IP address of the tagDiv Cloud templates 104.25.186.99 , hope this will fix the problem.
