Cloud template loading gets stuck on the black screen

Hello,

I’m trying to load the template gallery, in order to import an header temp. Unfortunately it gets stuck on the black loading screen. The issue happens on my other site too. Any ideas or solutions?

And now my new licence code is not recognised too (although ı reset my product key). I’ve tried to downgrade to older theme version, but still issue not solved. When tryiny to re-upgrade, theme updating function ise also stuck on loading too. I think this is a generalize issue, needs to be solved by tagdiv community. My building session ise ruined…
