I’m using one of the Cloud Templates (Single Post Template 13) and it will not allow the Jetpack commenting system. I’ve also tried with WP Disquz and Facebook comments plugins but it seems I am only allowed to use the native commenting system.
If I switch to one of the default templates, the problem disappears.

How can I report this as a bug? It is very annoying because a lot of us use the Jetpack commenting system on our sites.

I saw in another post they only support the native comment system. I was able to get disqus to work by adding the manual code in a raw html box. Maybe that might work for you.
