Why are my Cloud Templates indexed in google?
I have already tried searching the forum and found a suggestion to use Yoast to no-index the Templates, but I use Rankmath and how do I deindex those pages?

If you want that cloud templates from your website to no longer be indexed by Google, you need to use Yoast SEO plugin and disable cloud templates from index -> https://i.imgur.com/ApOXLWp.png after that you need to re-index your website on Google (or at list that link).

Did you read it completely? I already looked into the Yoast SEO plugin fix, but I am using Rankmath which is a lot better that Yoast. Why would I move to a plugin just to deindex few links?
You should do it with robots.txt
