Help, When I click “Cloud Templates/Add New button” it shows an error message ” invalid replay from server endpoint ” How to solve this error?

Hello !
Please make sure that your system status is in perfect shape: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-requirements/ this may be an issue due to WP Memory. Also make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If the problem persists please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin access and cPanel login if possible so we can take a closer look. Also paste a link to this topic so we can identify you.
