Please make sure that you are uploading the image the full size as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/Oxue274e
After the image is fully inserted it should reduce the space of the header.
You can edit the ROW background as you can see here.
I’m not sure that I can understand what you’re trying to achieve with the menu option. Please provide more information about it.
