Hi! I have an issue with saving my cloud templates. I do everything, as written in the guide, but all my templates are saved as general (usual) pages, and do not appear in the “Cloud templates” section.
Have tested this both on my shared hosting, and localhost (all required memory and other settings are green). Issue remains the same in both locations.
Any suggestions?
Hi,
They should save as templates, which you can use depending on your needs (posts, categories etc).
So you are using the add new button in the cloud library settings, and select a template

This should import the predefined template in the composer, where you can modify it or just save it as it is. All these templates should only be displayed here

What exactly is happening in your case? Try in your localhost without any other plugins active, use only theme plugins. Do not make any modifications to WordPress or the theme. If possible create a clean WordPress install on your localhost and install the theme there, with theme plugins. Let us know what you find.
Thanks
Have just mage a clean install, no other plugins – no content. Clean wordpress with this theme installed and required plugins.
Here is what I have done:
– Press “add new”
– Choose “Features Icons 2 – Technology” template
– Press “Create template”
– Wait until it uploads to composer
– Do changes or no (result is the same)
– Press “Save”
– Press “X”
And it saves it as a regular page, not a template…

Sorry for the misunderstanding. Indeed, if you import only sections this will create a new page with the imported section, not a template.
If you import sections in a single template for example, they will be part of that template. Sections can be imported while editing any template
