Hi,

My cloud template pages (except for home, single post and category) are showing error. Can’t figure out why.
Example URL: https://thip.me/3Q7Vs8j

Here is a snapshot along with the error message displayed when I open the page on tagDiv:

Hello,

Please let me know how you tried to change the layout of the site.
For this error, please check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/error-at-zones-6models-1dom-the-model-does-not-match-the-content-currene/, please use a revision of the page/template.

Thank you!

Hi,

I made no recent changes to these pages/cloud templates.

I don’t even know since when they started throwing this error (since these are not regularly visited pages). The problem came to light when a few readers pointed it out today morning. [ that was embarrassing]

I looked at the other forum post you referred. That’s not very helpful.

I don’t see any revision post saved at my end.
Restoring backup (I don’t know which date I should pick) will be a big loss. We are a daily news website and have to redo all content again.

Does this error mean I have already lost the content? [ that will be super painful]

Is there a better way to solve this?

ok. I solved it. It’s bug (and a dangerous one I must say).

Explaining below (FYI):

Download a cloud template in Custom Post Type >> Apply it to Global settings >> Error happens in other cloud templates.

Hello,

I did a test as you suggested, and for me, this error doesn’t appear -> https://www.screencast.com/t/dctuUTKx78A
We can look at this and investigate why it is not working for you. Contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– wp-admin URL and credentials
– cPanel/FTP access
– a link to this topic to identify you
Also, during the investigation, know that we will disable the other non-tagDiv plugins.

Thank you!
