My website is failing badly on Desktop CLS and now INP on mobile. I am not a programmer so I don’t know how to fix and improve things. I tried cache, lazy loading, and thinking about a redesign of the current theme.

Hi,
The first thing that you’ll need to do is to make a full backup for the website and update the theme to the current theme version, Newspaper v12.4 – https://i.imgur.com/qUEceNl.jpg this version has extra optimizations for some of the current problems.
After the update is done we can investigate further to see what else need to be done.
