Code in sub-footer

Hi!
I want to add some code(Yandex Metrika) in sub-footer before copyright text, how to do this? I try to edit footer.php, no effect

I think you can add that in the speedbooster plugin which puts all the javascript at bottom of the page when rendered.

Or, perhaps the custom javascript panel in the theme admin panel?

No, i mean button(generated by code) must be before copyright text.
On image, RED is NOW with plugin, GREEN place for button i prefer.
