If you mean the sidebar which presents all the available demos, that is custom made. If you would like to achieve something similar for your website best you use a plugin, rather than code implementation.
There are plugins that may be able to do something like that, maybe try some of these

With the plugins how would i go about installing? I use wordpress, so i download and upload the theme?

There were some changes by Instagram which caused all Instagram relates elements to not function. We are currently working to fix this issue as soon as possible.
