Increase the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Maybe, your PHP memory has exhausted and that’s why you cannot save anything. Also, check the GD Library option to be activated from your dedicated server because this option allows you to load images in your media library.

Do you have checked your system status parameters to be correctly increased? Also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them, leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files, clear all the caches, purge all CDN files if you are using Cloudflare and check the results. Also, make sure that you are using the latest theme version and WordPress CMS.

You should contact your hosting provider because sometimes, this file cannot be edited only by the hosting stuff.
