Colour of mobile header

Hello,
I am sorry but I didn’t get how to change the colour of my mobile header.
From my side there are 3 column in the header and when I change one block it’s not beautiful.

Do you have any tips to change the colour easily?

Also, to change the background color for the mobile header, please edit, select the viewport on phone and change the background color on the row => https://i.imgur.com/9j1EjbG.png
